Candidates to Be Considered
Ideal candidates will have experience in one or more of the following:
- Accounting
- Auditing
- Cyber Security
- Facilities Management
- Information Technology
- Investment Banking / Management
- Marketing / Branding
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Real Estate
- Risk Management / ERM
- Technology
Expectations of Qualified Candidates
- Attend meetings
- Stay well-informed of agenda items in advance of meetings
- Participate in open exchange of ideas
- Participate in decision making
- Participate in training events increase your knowledge to better serve all members-owners
Minimum Requirements
- Member of BMI FCU (or willing to become one)
- At least 18 years old
- Never been convicted of a crime involving dishonesty or breach of trust
- Be able to devote time necessary to attend meetings and other functions
- No conflict of interest
- Not a current volunteer or paid board or committee member of a financial institution
