CALL-24

CALL-24 is a free, menu-driven, telephone banking service, which enables you to bank at your convenience. Manage your money 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week without waiting to speak to a Member Service Representative.

To access CALL-24, follow these instructions:

1. Enter your account number, followed by the # sign.
2. Enter your access code, followed by the # sign. 
3. You must know your ID for your Savings, Checking, or any other accounts.
4. The # sign must be entered after each input.
5. Dollar amounts are entered without decimals. For example, $1,234.56 would be entered as 123456#, and $1,000.00 would be entered as 100000#.
6. When entering a date, you must enter six digits: two for the month, two for the day and two for the year. For example, May 4, 2018 is entered 050418#.
7. You must press 1# to process a transaction and 9# to cancel a transaction.
8. At the conclusion of your call, you must completely disconnect yourself from CALL-24. Please use the service code for Goodbye, 99#, to end the call.


You have a maximum of 10 minutes to use CALL-24 per call.

Activate Expert Mode:

1. Call 614.707.4190 or 800.548.7572
2. Enter your account number, followed by the # sign.
3. Enter your access code, followed by the # sign.
4. Choose Option 7 (Additional Options), then Option 2 ( Change Preferences), and Option 2 (Change to Expert Mode).
