Request Deletion Online and Mobile Banking Profile

If you would like BMI Federal Credit Union (BMI FCU) to delete your Online and Mobile Banking profile, please fill out the form below. 

Personal information entered below will only be used to verify your identity and to contact you for additional verification if necessary.

Please note that if and when your profile is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to log in to Online Banking or the BMI Federal Credit Union mobile app.
  • You will not be able to see electronic copies of past account statements. If you have opted in to receiving eStatements and/or additional documents, your preferences will be changed to receiving paper statements and additional documents.
  • Any activity or alert set up within Online and Mobile Banking will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes real-time account alerts, Bill Pay payments and payee info, External Transfers to other people or accounts, member transfers, and scheduled or recurring transfers, as well as any history for any of these services.
  • Your BMI FCU financial accounts and loans will remain open and unaffected. This form is only used for deleting your Online and Mobile Banking profile.
  • We are required by law to retain data about your online profile for a period of no less than ____. Therefore, deleting your online profile will not delete all of the historical records associated with your existing enrollment.
