Secure Message Center

To ensure the confidentiality of private information that BMI FCU sends you via email/Secure Message Center and comply with all privacy and regulation standards, we have implemented an email encryption service. This will help keep your messages and information confidential.

Secure Message Center Features

• Request help about certain products and services.
• Speak with BMI FCU^® representatives securely.
• Send and receive encrypted files and documents. 

How to Use the Secure Message Center

• Log in to Online Banking and click the envelope in the top right corner, or visit the "Tools" drop down menu. You'll find "Message Center" within the drop down menu.
• Here you will be able to view current and past conversations, sent messages, and compose a new message.
• Click compose to begin your message and follow the prompts.

We ask that all sensitive, account-specific inquires (balances, reset PIN, loan balances, etc.) be emailed to us via our Secure Message Center or submitted through the Message Center in Online Banking.
